Shipping policy

FREE REGULAR SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

Hi Nero Crew! We know our products are awesome and our team are busy packing orders  every single day of the week to assure you get them as fast and affordably as possible (excluding public holidays or special circumstances).

We partner with a variety of freight providers and always select the team that perform best to your location. Please note that in circumstances like a natural disaster, there are occasional delays from our freight providers that are unavoidable. 

Regular Shipping

Our standard shipping provider is Australia Post who assure deliveries within 5 business days (excluding special circumstances like bushfires or COVID 19) but we may choose another shipping provider if they offer shorter delivery times for you.

We offer this shipping method FREE for all orders within Australia.

Freight is despatched every day, Monday-Friday around 1:30-2:30pm. Orders placed after this time may have to despatch the following day. 

Shipping Delays

If you experience any delays with shipping, we highly recommend that you reach out to the shipping provider first (they will be listed in your shipping confirmation email). If our shipping provider cannot offer an answer for you, please message us via our contact us page or by replying to your order confirmation email. 

If your order arrives damaged

You know it sucks, we know it sucks but we will resolve this for you fast

If your order arrives damaged, we do require that you contact us within two days of receiving your order by replying to your order confirmation email with images showing damage to the product and the packaging that it arrived in. Depending on the severity of damage, our team may require that you return the item to our warehouse for further assessment and Nero will provide you with a return shipping label or satchel to do this. Upon Assessment Nero will either provide an exchange or refund.
