Clean and dry affected area before application. Take a small amount of Compound C Relief Balm and gently massage it into the skin until fully absorbed. Use as needed for targeted relief. Repeat up to three times per day.  

How Much Balm Should I Use?

Start with approximately 1/2 teaspoon and massage into affected area. Using too much balm may take longer than desired to fully absorb. 

What Is Hemp Extract?

Hemp is a class of the cannabis sativa plant. Unlike regular cannabis, hemp contains very low levels of psychoactive cannabinoids like delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) while maintaining high content of non psychoactive cannabinoids (like CBD).
Why does my compound c state "for external use only"?
This will only be shown on products sold within Australia and New Zealand. While all other countries that receive Compound C permit all uses of Compound C, only the external use is currently permitted in Australia.
